  • Comedian Taylor Tomlinson has been revealed as the host to front CBS' new late-night show After Midnight.

    The news broke Wednesday evening during The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, who has signed on as an executive producer for the new show.

    After Midnight is set to launch in early 2024, taking the 12.35 a.m.

    slot and follows Comedy Central's @midnight, which ran between 2013 and 2017. The show will replace The Late Late Show with James Corden.

    So Who is Taylor Tomlinson?

    Netflix viewers might recognize Tomlinson from her two comedy specials on the platform, Look At You and Quarter Life Crisis.

    She wrote and starred in both.

    Quarter-Life Crisis was released just before the 2020 pandemic started and was met with positive reviews, helping her to grow in popularity.

    The synopsis, according to IMDb for the special, reads: "She's halfway through her 20s, and she's over it.

    Too old to party, too young to settle down, comedian Taylor Tomlinson takes aim at her life choices."

    The comedian was born and raised in California and was a finalist on NBC's Last Comic
